The chief complaints of patients with BPH are usually bothersome symptoms typified by urinary frequency, urgency, waking up several times a night to urinate (nocturia), decreased and intermittent force of stream and the sensation of incomplete bladder emptying.
• Frequent and urgent urination
• Difficulty initiating or stopping the flow of urine
• A weak urine flow
• A feeling that the bladder has not been completely emptied after voiding
• Possible urinary incontinence
